CARE & MAINTENANCE OF PRODUCTS

All products that will be subjected to food are coated with a food safe oil or finish.

It is recommended that the customer only hand washes the product and does not use abrasive materials to clean the surfaces.

Periodic oiling or recoating is recommended as wear and tear appears to maintain the product’s original beauty.

Avoid using sharp knives on areas of epoxy as it can scratch easily and will not repair easily.

All outdoor products are coated with an appropriate finish.

All other products have been coated with a finish to enhance the timber’s natural beauty but can still scuff or scratch easily if care if not taken.

Black Wolf Timber Designs is more than happy to offer advice on maintenance or upkeep of the products purchased.

ADVICE FOR PRODUCTS NEEDING INSTALLATION

Pilot holes may need to be drilled into some products such as coat racks or toilet roll holders before installation.  Location of pilot holes and types of fixings will vary according to stud or substrate type and location.
